• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 3 Scoops of Sipology Dutch Chocolate Iron Boost (1.5 tsp)
• 1/2 tsp chia seeds (or more to taste)
• 1 cup milk (or milk substitute such as oat milk)
• 1/2 tsp brown sugar
• Fruit of your choice for topping
Mix it all up and store it in the fridge overnight. For best results leave for 12-24 hours. Then serve it with some sliced fruit! I like to have it with bananas.
