• 3/4 oz lemon juice

Directions:
1. Add Earl Grey de la Creme Gin, Simple Syrup, Lemon juice, and egg white to your cocktail shaker. Shake for 10 seconds. The drink should be frothy.

1. Add 3 tsp of Earl Grey de la Creme Black Tea to 6 oz of gin.
2. Steep for 12-24 hours.
3. Once steeped, strain and store into a Fusion Flask or other glass bottle (or jar).

If you want to make more tea-infused gin, you can change the amount, the ratio is 1:2. 1 tsp of tea per 2 oz of gin.
