Try making the Simple Syrup infused with lavender for a Lavender Earl Grey Cocktail!

• 1.5 oz Earl Grey de la Creme Infused Gin
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• Ice
Add Earl Grey de la Creme Gin, Simple Syrup, Lemon juice, and egg white to your cocktail shaker. Shake for 10 seconds. The drink should be frothy.
2. Add a handful of ice to the shaker and shake again for 10 seconds to chill the drink.
3. Strain into a coupe glass and enjoy!
Directions for the Tea Infused Gin:
Add 3 tsp of Earl Grey de la Creme Black Tea to 6 oz of gin.
2. Steep for 12-24 hours.
3. Once steeped, strain and store into a Fusion Flask or other glass bottle (or jar).
If you want to make more tea-infused gin, you can change the amount, the ratio is 1:2. 1 tsp of tea per 2 oz of gin.
