Ingredients:
• 1 tsp Lemonatcha
• 1/4 cup of cold water
• Hazy IPA or Hazy Pale Ale (or other beer of your choice - just make sure the flavour profile will match!)
Directions:
1. Mix matcha into the water until frothy.
2. Pour your beer into a glass and slowly stir in the matcha mixture.

This is a great way to enjoy green beer without any food colouring for St. Patrick's Day. Plus the lemon matcha really adds to the citrus flavours already in this beer.
You can also add any type of matcha to any beer, as long as it complements the flavour of the beer. If you're not sure, just mix some Premium Matcha into your favourite beer.
