A delicious green lemonade that will quench your thirst while being a lot lower in sugar than any store-bought lemonade.

Ingredients:
• 1-2 tsp of our Lemonatcha (or any fruity matcha!)
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 6 cups of water (approx)
• 3 large lemons
• 4 cups of ice (approx)
Directions:
1. You can boil 1 cup of water with the sugar to make a simple syrup for this, but to make it easier what I do is mix the sugar with the matcha and do this step at the same time as step 2!
2. In 1 cup of hot water (80°c) froth up 1 or 2 tsp of matcha. Then add the sugar and stir until it is dissolved. Put this in a large pitcher. I like to use the Perfect Tea Pitcher.
3. Juice 3 large lemons (or 4 medium) into the pitcher. Then top it up with water and ice! This recipe makes about 2L of matcha lemonade.
Drink up! If you keep it in your fridge overnight (or even throughout the day), it will settle, so you will need to stir it before enjoying it again.
You can use any of our fruit matchas to make this lemonade. If you use sweetened matcha, you don’t need to add any sugar (or maybe just a pinch of sugar for personal preference).
Double the recipe and make it in our Party Entertainer for the perfect Backyard BBQ drink station!
