Jennifer enjoying her favourite green smoothie, the Tropical Cheesecake Smoothie!

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup of spinach
• 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (the key to making it a cheesecake!)
• 1 cup of water or Pink Dragon iced tea
• 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder or unflavoured (My favourites are the Vanilla Perfect Protein from Botanica or the Unflavoured Whey Protein from Kaizen)
• 1/2 tsp of Tropical Passion Fruit Matcha (available seasonally or in the matcha subscription)
• 1 cup of a tropical frozen fruit blend (I always go with something that has passion fruit in it, like the PC Tropical Fruit Blend)

Optional add ons:
• 1 scoop of unflavoured powdered greens (VegeGreens are the best in my opinion!)
• 1 serving of Peach Lemonade Multivitamin (I find this doesn't taste like lemonade, it tastes like peach so it pairs well with any smoothie)
• 1 serving of Summer Strawberry Probiotics
• 1 serving of Raspberry Lemonade Vitamin C
Directions:
Just blend everything up in your blender until smooth!
The Probiotics and Vitamin C can really impart the strawberry and raspberry flavours, so while I do take these every day I often don't put them in my smoothie unless I am making a Berry Cheesecake Smoothie.
When I don't have any spinach on hand, I always just add a scoop of the Original Progressive VegeGreens. This is something I always add to my smoothies every day as they are the best greens I've ever had & they really help balance your diet and add more veggies. You can get different flavours, but I like the original so that it will work with any smoothie flavour I make. But their Pineapple Coconut Greens make an amazing Pina Colada Smoothie!

Switch out the flavour of matcha, type of iced tea and the kind of frozen fruit to get a different type of cheesecake. For example, if you want a chocolate cheesecake smoothie, I recommend frozen cherries and chocolate protein powder. Then you can also add in our Dutch Chocolate Iron Booster or Caramel Mocha Vitamin D
