Jennifer enjoying her favourite green smoothie, the Tropical Cheesecake Smoothie!

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (the key to making it a cheesecake!)
• 1 cup of water or iced tea from Fruit Tea
• 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (or unflavored)
• 1/2 tsp of fruity Premium Matcha or fruity Sweet Matcha
• 1 cup of a frozen fruit blend to matcha your chosen fruit matcha (I always go with something that has passion fruit in it because I love tropical matcha!)
• 1 scoop of powdered greens (VegeGreens are the best in my opinion!)
• 1/2 cup of spinach (optional for extra greens - you can't even taste them when added!)

Optional add ons:
• 1 serving of Peach Lemonade Multivitamin (I find this doesn't taste like lemonade; it tastes like peach, so it pairs well with any smoothie. Since it has over 50% of my daily dose of iron, I add it to every smoothie and ensure I have it every day!)
• 1 serving of Summer Strawberry Probiotics (These add alot of strawberry flavour, so I often don't put them in my smoothie unless I am making a Berry Cheesecake Smoothie.)
Directions:
Just blend everything up in your blender until smooth!
I don't always have spinach on hand, which is why I always add a scoop of the Original Progressive VegeGreens. This is something I always add to my smoothies every day as they are the best greens I've ever had & they really help balance your diet, add more veggies, and these greens also have wonderful things in them to support your immunity and cognitive function! You can get different flavours, but I like the original so that it works with any smoothie flavour I make. But their Pineapple Coconut Greens make an amazing Pina Colada Smoothie!

Switch out the flavour of matcha, type of iced tea and the kind of frozen fruit to get a different type of cheesecake. For example, if you want a chocolate cheesecake smoothie, I recommend frozen cherries and chocolate protein powder. Then you can also add in our Dutch Chocolate Iron Booster or Caramel Mocha Vitamin D
