Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup of strongly brewed Strawberry Champagne Green Tea, chilled
• 1/2 cup of sparkling water or champagne
• 3 strawberries, sliced
• 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
• your favourite gummy candies
Directions:
1. Brew 2 perfect cup scoops of Strawberry Champagne Green Tea in 1/2 cup of 80ºc water for 2 minutes. Remove tea & leave to chill.
2. Pour the chilled tea into a glass.
3. Add a layer of strawberries.
4. Top with a generous scoop of ice cream,
5. Layer with more strawberries.
6. Pour the sparkling water or champagne over top.
7. Serve with a candy skewer & any other garnishes your heart desires!
You can also just keep a pitcher of this tea on ice in the fridge, then you can easily make a float whenever your heart desires!
