Ingredients:
• 1 can of Coconut milk
• 1.5 tsp Tropical Passion Fruit Matcha (or matcha of your choice)
• 2 tbsp Maple syrup (more or less to taste)
• 1/4 cup Chia seeds
• 1/3 cup Toasted coconut (optional)
• Fresh fruit of your choice

Directions:
1. Combine coconut milk, matcha, and maple syrup in a food processor (I used my Tupperware Power Chef).
2. Once well mixed, whisk in chia seeds.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. The next day you can serve it up with fresh fruit and the toasted coconut!
